Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your parcel via a trackable shipping method to our National Distribution Centre to ensure safe arrival and processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
